💸 StayFed Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you (and your pet) to love your StayFed feeder. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Customized, special-order, or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

To start a return, email us at support@stayfed.store with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and refund your purchase to your original payment method after inspection.
